We will accept ‘change of mind’ product returns prior to services being provided within 7 days of purchase.

We understand that buying products and services online is not always easy, so if you change your mind within 7 days from when you place your order, we will gladly provide you a full refund (where services are yet to be delivered, or products yet to be dispatched). 

Where services have already commenced being provided, we will consider, at our complete discretion, a refund of partial payment, if we are contacted within 7 days of purchase.  All returns enquiries should be directed to [email protected].

What happens if my order is cancelled after I have made it?

If you have made any payments to an order and that order (or part of the order) is cancelled then we will issue refunds to you within 14 days of the order being cancelled (or you notifying us).

How we provide Refunds

If your return satisfies the conditions of this Shipping, Return and Refund Policy, we will issue your refund to you using your original payment method within 14 days.
